You know me. Always dickering for a lower price or an “old peoples’ discount”.  I was talking with Wilkins about having a base plate installed while we were there.   I asked Heather, in service, if we New York Centrals would get a discount and she checked and said yes, 10%.  Rick in parts did not state a percentage but did reduce the cost of the base plate from $432 to $400.  You may want to put this info in the rally notice as folks will probably need to ask for it on service.
